I’ll give them credit, the item actually looked pretty much like the photos on Aikido Steel, which shouldn’t feel like a pleasant surprise, but here we are. The color and details matched well, aside from a slight difference in lighting that made it look just a bit different in person. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably give it 4 stars.

I reached out with a question about my order and heard back the next day. The response was clear and the tone was friendly, which I appreciated. I just wish they had gotten back to me a little sooner, but overall it was a decent experience.

I tried using the site it felt clunky. I kept clicking around thinking, okay, this should be easy to find... but it took way longer than it should have. Pages felt slow to get through, and I ended up getting a bit frustrated just trying to find basic stuff.

I just wouldn’t feel good giving this to anyone as a gift.

I ended up having to cancel my order and request a refund, which I know isn’t ideal, but I had a genuine reason and didn’t really have much choice at that point. I was expecting it to be a bit awkward or drawn out, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Support replied quickly, didn’t make me feel bad about it, and the money was back in my account a few days later. No chasing, no excuses, no unnecessary back-and-forth. that’s all I wanted, so I think 5 stars is fair.

It feels fine at first, like for a short time it's okay. But after awhile it starts getting kinda uncomfortable for me.

The site just feels outdated and messy to me. I had a hard time finding things, the colors doesn’t really go together, and a lot of the product pages look like they wasn’t fully finished.

It feels decent for what I paid, and at first I thought it would hold up well. After using it a few times, though, I started noticing some wear sooner than I expected. It’s not terrible, just not as tough as I hoped. I also would’ve appreciated a faster response when I had a question about it

I ordered a couple of pieces from Aikido Steel, it was disappointing. One item showed up in the wrong size, and another thing I ordered wasn’t even in the box. Shipping itself was fine, but having to email them over basic order mistakes felt like I was begging them to fix something that should’ve been checked before it went out. They did eventually reply, but not exactly quickly, which just made me more resentful about the whole thing. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better.

I ordered a personalized item the engraving came out different from the preview. The spacing looked a little strange, and one section almost seemed crooked. It made me wonder if the quality control just wasn’t there, because it didn’t look very clean or carefully finished. For what I paid, I was expecting it to look a lot nicer. I’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t order anything custom again.

I ordered from Aikido Steel and was a little unsure about the sizing at first. I went by their size chart, though, and it ended up fitting just right for me. Not tight, not loose or baggy. A wrong size return would’ve been such an avoidable hassle, so I’m really glad it worked out the first time.

The item itself seems fine, but since it just arrived with the box all bent up, that’s what’s sticking with me most. It looked like it was packed in a rush, and there wasn’t much padding inside, so I was nervous opening it. For the price, I expected it to be handled with a bit more care. Not a total disaster, but the packaging definitely made the whole experience feel disappointing...

I was able to find some of the parts I needed easily, but a few sizes were out of stock. When I asked about it, I kind of felt talked down to, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had to return my order and expected it to be a hassle, but it was straightforward. The return instructions were clear, and I was able to get everything sent back without any back-and-forth. My refund showed up a few days later, which I appreciated. Support also got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and answered my question clearly.

I ordered from Aikido Steel because the product page made it sound way better than what actually showed up. The size and finish weren’t really like the description, and a few details seemed to be missing altogether. I felt a little misled, lol. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless they update the info on the site.

I’m frustrated because my order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve ordered plenty of things online that showed up faster than this, like clothes, phone chargers, books, random kitchen stuff, even last-minute gifts. I keep checking the tracking, checking the porch, checking my email, and there’s still nothing. At this point, the shipping just feels way too slow...

The delivery showed up later than expected, which was a little frustrating. Anyway... it did arrive in the end, so I can’t complain too much.

I checked out aikidosteel.com it seems okay overall, but I’m not totally sold yet. The site looks fairly clean and there’s some useful info, but compared with a few other similar brands I’ve looked at, it feels like there could be more detail about the company, policies, and what really sets them apart.

I didn’t notice anything that screamed scam or anything like that, but it also didn’t give me the same confidence I get from more established competitors. If I were to order, I’d probably start with something small first rather than spending a lot right away. Not a bad experience, just kind of a middle-of-the-road impression for me.

The price felt fair, and the quality is actually solid. I’m happy with what I got, no complaints lol.
